– Room size 24 m2

– Ensuite shower rooms

– 2 people per room

– Room rate 7,500 baht/person/semester

– Tenancy Deposit 1,000 Baht/person ( 1 year contract)

– Water bill: 100 baht/person/monthly (lump sum rate)

– Electricity bill: 5 baht per unit

– Study desk and chair – Wardrobe – Bed (3.5 ft.)

What students need to prepare:

– Bed linen – Window curtains

– Pillow – Duvet

Cancellation policy:

In case of a cancellation, A tenancy deposit (1,000 baht) will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Important information:

– Due to the fact that the accommodations are surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
– No parties are allowed at the premises.
– Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Student dormitory administration, Old Campus in Mahasarakham University.
